LOCATION

 

Westerham is a thriving market town, around five miles west of Sevenoaks and benefiting from easy access to both the M25 and M20 motorways.  Sevenoaks is served by a main line railway station giving access to central London in around 30 minutes.

TERMS

 

A new lease is sought on flexible terms to be agreed for a term of 1 - 3 years. This lease will be excluded from the Security of Tenure Provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The landlord is to be responsible for the external repairs and the Tenant for the decoration and internal repairs.

 

RENT

 

The following rents are sought:

 

Betsoms Barn:           £10,000 per annum   (£7 psf)

Unit 1:                        £6,000 per annum     (£8 psf)

Unit 3:                        £4,500 per annum     (£8 psf)

Unit 4:                        £6,500 per annum     (£8 psf)

 

OUTGOINGS

 

The Tenant is to pay for the electricity, water, business rates, telephone drainage, and insurance. There will be a small Service Charge to cover expenditure of the common areas and further details will be provided on request.

 

RATEABLE VALUE

 

Business rates to be confirmed with Sevenoaks District Council.

 

LEGAL COSTS
