TENANCY AGREEMENT COSTS

SERVICE CHARGE & BUSINESS RATES

A service charge will be payable to cover the costs of heating, lighting and power to each suite, heating and lighting to common areas, maintenance and cleaning of common areas, including the reception hall, cloakrooms and kitchens, maintenance of the landscaped grounds and car park, buildings insurance and external window cleaning.

Each suite will be separately assessed for business rates, which will be payable directly to Sevenoaks District Council.
