Westerham, with its bustling and thriving business community, is a pretty former market town, set in the highly affluent corridor between Sevenoaks and Oxted.
Westerham's catchment area extends well beyond its obvious geographical boundaries, as people come to the town from far a field to shop, eat (plenty of highly acclaimed restaurants) and to enjoy both the history and glorious surrounding countryside (Westerham is one of Kent's prime tourist destinations with Winston Churchill's home, Chartwell, just up the road; Quebec House - also National Trust - (General James Wolfe) on the edge of town; and the privately owned Squerryes Court (as featured by the BBC in the recent adaptation of Jane Austen's "Emma").
Whilst opportunites for new retailers to gain representation in the town are few and far between, we are delighted to be bringing to the market a number of units from 300 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft over the coming months.
