In 2000, specialist graphic designers, the Communication Design Partnership, bought the old Kings Arms in Brasted to house their business. They had the vision to transform the building from a tired old pub into a stunning creative working environment. Blending historic features with contemporary design, the building took on a new lease of life happily accommodating their successful business for 14 years. As their occupational requirements changed, they ask Karrison Property to market the building for sale. Our Commercial Agency team formulated a strategy and quickly identified a number of potential businesses actively looking to buy their own premises, with a change of ownership taking place this summer.
